We require your balloon/balloon bouquet or bear order prior to
5pm to ensure next day delivery. Deliveries start at 9:00 a.m. BST and finish at approx
5:00 p.m. BST. On rare occasions deliveries may be after 5pm but we will
always deliver to work addresses before 5pm. Should you require a specific
delivery time please add this to "Special Delivery Instructions"
on the order page. We will do everything in our power to have your gift
delivered as close to your specified delivery time as possible.
